Рынок, на котором обращаются долговые обязательства. Наибольшее значение имеет торговля государственными долгами. Распространена также купля-продажа долгов компаний (копрораций). Долги продаются с дисконтом (скидкой), размер которого определяется степенью надежности заемщика, то есть вероятностью возврата долгов.
